Description

You will design and develop Power Platform applications to replace the current Automated Research Tracking System (ARTS). You will own the release pipeline, establish best practices, and serve as the subject matter expert for the team.

Responsibilities

• Design overall application architecture and set up DEV environments with SQL Server connections.
• Develop Canvas Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows to support project tracking and CRM portal requirements.
• Integrate applications with SQL Server, Azure Active Directory, and Microsoft Teams.
• Analyze business requirements to implement custom functional components.
• Provide knowledge transfer and establish best practices for other developers.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps development (InfoPath experience can substitute for 1 year).
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Automate development (MS Flow experience can substitute for 1 year).
• 1+ year of experience in a Power Pages Developer role.
• 1+ year of experience working with Microsoft Premium Connectors to external databases.
• Proven experience completing at least two engagements in a Power Apps Developer role lasting over 6 months each.
• Ability to build complex model-driven and canvas apps using component reusability and custom controls.
• Experience with Power Apps component framework (PCF) for building reusable UI components.
• 2+ years of experience in Java, .NET, or C# development.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure, and Teams.
• Proficiency in designing Power Pages websites with custom authentication and role-based access control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring developers on Power Automate, Power Apps, or new programming frameworks.
