Drive the design and development of internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform services.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal business applications using Microsoft Power Platform services.
• Review application designs to ensure adherence to Power Apps principles.
• Automate complex scenarios using VBScript, JavaScript, PowerShell, and Python.
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze and refine requirements.
• Troubleshoot process pain points and technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Power Apps development and Microsoft Power Platform services.
• Direct experience working within the banking sector.
• Deep understanding of Power Platform capabilities, boundaries, and constraints.
• Knowledge of Power FX language.
• Experience with authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) within Power Platform.
• Proficiency in PowerShell.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with mandatory presence in the New Jersey office on Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VBScript and JavaScript for complex automation scenarios.
• Background in Python for process automation.
