Description

Design and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to meet business objectives. Translate requirements into functional technical solutions and manage the full solution lifecycle, including managed/unmanaged solutions, publishers, and imports/exports.

Responsibilities

• Customize CRM forms, views, charts, dashboards, and themes to optimize user experience.
• Configure entity relationships, field properties, security settings, and business rules.
• Implement complex workflows, business process flows, and Power Automate flows.
• Provide technical documentation and training to business users.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years with Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, and Model Driven Apps.
• 5+ years with C#, JavaScript, and advanced customization using web resources and plugins.
• 5+ years with SDLC for Model Driven Apps and solution management.
• 5+ years with the architecture and security model of Model Driven Apps.
• 4+ years designing form structures, including specialized components and sub-grids.
• 4+ years managing navigation, form types, and mobile clients.
• 3+ years with PCF custom controls and TypeScript.
• 2+ years developing complex Power Automate flows.
• 2+ years working with large-scale enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years with Power Apps Portals or The Portal Connector.
• Professional Certifications in Dynamics.
