Description

Design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and Model Driven Apps to meet business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 features and components.
• Manage the full solution lifecycle, including creating managed/unmanaged solutions and handling imports/exports.
• Customize CRM entities, forms, views, dashboards, and charts to support specific business processes.
• Configure complex entity relationships, cascading rules, field-level security, and role-driven logic.
• Provide technical documentation and system training to business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, and Model Driven Apps.
• 5+ years of experience using C# and JavaScript for advanced customizations, web resources, and plugins.
• 5+ years of experience with workflows, business rules, business process flows, and Power Automate flows.
• 5+ years of experience with the SDLC for Model Driven Apps and solution management.
• 4+ years of experience designing form structures, using specialized components, access teams, and sub-grids.
• 4+ years of experience managing navigation, multiple form types, and mobile clients.
• 3+ years of experience with PCF custom controls and TypeScript.
• 2+ years of experience developing complex flows using Power Automate.
• 2+ years of experience working with large-scale enterprise solutions.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Power Apps Portals or The Portal Connector.
• Professional certifications in Dynamics.
