Description

You will design, develop, and implement custom business applications and workflows using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio to optimize business processes.
• Integrate Power Platform tools with Microsoft services and internal platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through stakeholder collaboration.
• Monitor platform performance to identify and resolve bottlenecks or issues.
• Provide technical support and training to end users to strengthen the citizen developer community.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution development.
• Extensive expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and DAX queries.
• Hands-on experience with Power FX, PowerShell, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with SharePoint development and customization.
• Familiarity with Dataverse administration, security roles, DLP, environments, and the COE Starter Kit.
• Working knowledge of M365 applications and administration.
• Ability to build custom connectors.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Power Platform Certification.
• Experience with process gap analysis, solution design, or ETL processes.
