Description

Lead design and implementation of end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform solutions, managing full lifecycle project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop model-driven and canvas PowerApps, including custom PCF controls.
• Build and automate workflows using Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, and Business Process Flows.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365, focusing on the Service Management module.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with third-party applications using SOAP and REST APIs.
• Manage full lifecycle implementations for D365 and Power Platform environments in customer-facing roles.

Required Skills

• 6+ years managing software implementation projects with 4-5 full lifecycle deliveries.
• Hands-on expertise with MS PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Portal, Power Virtual Agents, PowerBI, and CDS.
• Strong proficiency in React JS, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Angular JS.
• Technical knowledge of HTML 5, CSS, SOAP, and REST.
• Experience with D365 customization, configuration, and SharePoint APIs.
• Experience working within agile delivery frameworks.
• D365 and Power Platform certifications.

Preferred Skills

• Functional understanding of D365 Service Management.
• Experience with AI Builder.
