Description

You will lead the end-to-end design, configuration, customization, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of model-driven apps, canvas apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse integrations.
• Build and implement forms, views, plug-ins, workflows, and reusable solution components.
• Develop custom connectors, Azure Functions, and API integrations to extend platform functionality.
• Define governance processes for Power Platform and Dynamics 365 to ensure compliance with IT policies and enterprise architecture.
• Manage solution deployment using DevOps practices and support data migration and role-based security configurations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service, including solution management and customization.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with forms, views, plug-ins, and workflows.
• 5+ years of experience with Power Platform, including model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Dataverse.
• 5+ years of proficiency with Power Apps and Power Automate connectors.
• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 services.
• 3+ years of experience working within a Microsoft GCC tenant.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with DevOps in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 environments.
• 2+ years of familiarity with Commonwealth of Virginia IT policies and governance.
• 3+ years of experience working with Virginia state agencies.
