Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
Build custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI where required.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Microsoft 365, Azure, and third-party applications.
Create reusable components, templates, automation frameworks, and governance accelerators.
Ensure solutions follow Microsoft Power Platform governance, security, and compliance standards.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform applications. Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across enterprise Power Platform initiatives.
Participate in solution design, code reviews, and deployment activities. Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
Required Skills
8–10 years of IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform. Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps). Experience with Power Automate.
Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft services and external applications.
Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, ALM, and security.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills Experience creating reusable components, templates, and automation frameworks.
Experience implementing governance accelerators for enterprise environments.
Microsoft certifications such as: PL-400 – Microsoft Power Platform Developer PL-600 – Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect AZ-204 – Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure Other relevant Microsoft certifications Experience mentoring development teams and leading enterprise Power Platform initiatives
