Description

You will design, build, and automate business solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end automated workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual effort.
• Build Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) that improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Develop ServiceNow workflows and integrations for ITSM, request fulfillment, and asset management.
• Create executive dashboards and operational reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on optimization, governance, and value realization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise solution design and implementation.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow workflow design, automation, and integrations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Copilot.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and enterprise systems integration.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing AI-enabled productivity and automation solutions.
• Background in business process analysis and solution design.
