Description

You will design, build, and maintain Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate workflows, for a portfolio of approximately 80 production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and drive solution development independently.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate workflows that align with operational needs.
• Balance data and application design considerations, ensuring robust data modeling and architecture in solution design.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and improve existing Power Platform applications and workflows.
• Participate in solution reviews, documentation, testing, and deployment activities while supporting joint development with business teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience developing solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong hands-on experience building and supporting Model-Driven Apps.
• Proficiency with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and solution design principles.
• Ability to gather requirements directly from business stakeholders and manage communication effectively.
• Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale Power Platform environments with multiple production solutions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and related Power Platform technologies.
