Description

Build and maintain scalable solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, integrating Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI to streamline business processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Power Pages sites with automated tracking systems to monitor user clicks and navigation paths.
• Develop Copilot Studio agents and chatbots within Power Pages to answer content queries and guide users to resources.
• Build and optimize Power Automate flows for data movement, automated communications, and integration with SharePoint and Microsoft products.
• Architect and design Power BI dashboards for metrics tracking, ensuring accurate data flows from multiple sources.
• Create automated assessment tools that pull specific questions from libraries and calculate scores.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in solution development using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI, Power Pages, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
• Mandatory coding experience to implement automated features and complex logic.
• Ability to integrate Power Platform with SharePoint for full training site implementation.
• Experience building automated workflows that run independently or empower sites to self-manage.
• Strong analytical skills for process optimization and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a financial services environment.
• Experience with talent solutions or training site development.
• Knowledge of agent creation for tactical work such as data movement and automated communications.
