Description

Lead the Center of Excellence (CoE) for Citizen Development to centralize expertise and drive platform maturity.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance and compliance frameworks to ensure data security and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define the strategic roadmap for deploying and scaling Power Platform technologies across the organization.
• Develop training programs and support structures to empower non-technical users.
• Manage platform performance, resource allocation, and infrastructure scalability.
• Implement quality assurance processes and develop metrics to report effectiveness to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or platform management.
• Deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI).
• Proven experience leading a Center of Excellence (CoE).
• Strong background in Change Management to drive adoption and communicate benefits.
• Experience with Quality Assurance processes for applications and workflows.
• Ability to align technology roadmaps with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
