Description

You will lead the administration, development, and governance of enterprise Power Platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Power Platform environments, including capacity, licensing, and lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and deploy low-code/no-code solutions using Power Automate, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Implement and maintain governance guardrails and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Build and optimize Copilot Studio agents, integrating contextually with enterprise data sources.
• Lead incident management, service stability, and platform updates across environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in administration and development of Power Platform solutions at enterprise scale.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong knowledge of platform governance, environment management, DLP policies, and security configurations.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with Azure AD, ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Graph Connectors.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, solution lifecycle management, and monitoring tools.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Power Apps.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Understanding of agile delivery practices, including user stories and release planning.
