Description

Lead the Power Platform engineering practice, overseeing application lifecycle, governance, and citizen development programs.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the Citizen Development program, including training, code reviews, and communications.
• Design and build solutions using PowerApps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Power Platform Pipelines for managed and unmanaged solution deployments.
• Configure Power Platform Environments, Security Roles, Admin Connectors, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Integrate systems via custom connectors, SQL, ServiceNow, and Azure Runbooks for automation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of total IT experience with 5+ years specializing in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Hands-on expertise in PowerApps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dataverse, Dataflows, and Virtual Tables.
• Experience with Azure Entra ID, PowerShell scripting, and Azure Runbooks.
• Strong knowledge of ALM, Power Platform Pipelines, and solution deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Centre of Excellence (CoE) Kit and platform operational governance.
• Ability to debug complex issues and apply Microsoft best practices.
• Strong communication skills for daily client interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow connector integration.
• Knowledge of SQL database interactions.
