Lead strategic adoption, governance, and community engagement for the Power Platform across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic adoption and demonstrate value to business stakeholders.
• Align Power Platform initiatives with organizational goals as a liaison to executive leadership.
• Manage the Center of Excellence (CoE) team and oversee governance oversight.
• Develop companywide communications, strategic planning, and community engagement strategies.
• Collect feedback and showcase success stories to build platform adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional IT experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep technical knowledge of Power Apps.
• Experience with strategic planning and enterprise governance.
• Proven track record managing Center of Excellence (CoE) teams.
• Ability to communicate technical value and roadmap to executive sponsors.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power Automate and Power BI within the Power Platform ecosystem.
• Background in enterprise change management or organizational development.
