Description

Lead the development and customization of enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and automate business processes with Power Automate.
• Architect data models, business logic, and validation rules within Dataverse, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with M365, Azure services, external APIs, and Power BI for comprehensive analytics.
• Manage solution components, ALM pipelines, and CI/CD processes to enforce coding standards and security controls.
• Conduct design and code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with strong hands-on expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Proven experience building custom connectors, integrating REST APIs, and connecting to Azure services.
• Solid understanding of Power Platform security, role-based access controls, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution packaging, and CI/CD deployment.
• Ability to translate functional and technical requirements into robust, secure applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of JavaScript, Power Fx, and basic Azure services.
• Experience with Power BI and Copilot Studio/Virtual Agents.
