You will provide technical leadership and hands-on development for D365 Power Platform implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Power Platform solutions including PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Translate complex business requirements into well-architected technical designs and system integrations.
• Manage the full application lifecycle, including security protocols, data privacy, deployment, and support.
• Conduct feasibility studies, impact analyses, and risk assessments for proposed technical solutions.
• Coach and develop team members while managing hiring, onboarding, and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on technical experience building and managing the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Expertise in PowerApps, specifically creating responsive applications with complex logic integrations.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, including designing custom workflows and leveraging connectors.
• Experience in Power BI for designing dashboards and reports to visualize data.
• 2+ years of managerial experience, including team building, coaching, and succession planning.
• Proven ability to communicate technical capabilities to non-technical stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Experience performing testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with budgetary management.
• Experience working within the manufacturing industry.
