Description

Lead the architecture and implementation of large-scale Dynamics 365 Enterprise environments and Power Platform solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-end CRM projects using Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Customer Service modules.
• Deploy and support Power Platform solutions, including Omnichannel and Power Virtual Agent.
• Integrate solutions with Microsoft Azure and centralized logging platforms.
• Manage the full product lifecycle following software engineering best practices.
• Operate within Agile and Scrum frameworks to deliver enterprise requirements.

Required Skills

• Certified Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting large D365 Enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with high-end CRM implementation projects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CE, and Customer Service.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience using centralized logging platforms such as AppInsights or Splunk.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
