Description

You will manage and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Platform environments within an enterprise setup.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, including site and content management.
  • Troubleshoot Power Platform integration issues and assist users with workflows, permissions, and access.
  • Perform daily maintenance, system upgrades, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Resolve help desk support tickets and create reports on usage analytics and incident resolutions.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises administration.
  • Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Experience managing Office 365 suite, including OneDrive and Teams.
  • Experience with IIS administration.
  • Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident management.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation and compliance best practices.
  • Ability to conduct user training sessions.
  • Degree in any field.
