You will manage and troubleshoot SharePoint and Power Platform environments within an enterprise setup.
Responsibilities
- Manage SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments, including site and content management.
- Troubleshoot Power Platform integration issues and assist users with workflows, permissions, and access.
- Perform daily maintenance, system upgrades, and performance monitoring.
- Develop technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Resolve help desk support tickets and create reports on usage analytics and incident resolutions.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online and On-Premises administration.
- Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience managing Office 365 suite, including OneDrive and Teams.
- Experience with IIS administration.
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for incident management.
- Knowledge of workflow automation and compliance best practices.
- Ability to conduct user training sessions.
- Degree in any field.
