Description

You will own the design, development, and deployment of custom low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom solutions leveraging Office 365 services, including Canvas Apps and Power Automate flows.
• Re-engineer legacy applications into modern PowerApps solutions to drive digital transformation.
• Integrate Power BI reports and dashboards into applications for enhanced data visualization and functionality.
• Mentor development teams and citizen developers on solution architecture, technical implementation, and low-code best practices.
• Perform unit and integration testing, documenting solutions with flowcharts, layouts, and technical diagrams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Power Platform development, specifically PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Canvas Apps, Azure, SharePoint, and Office 365 integration.
• Experience with SDLC and analyzing business requirements to design effective technical solutions.
• Ability to re-engineer legacy applications into low-code environments.
• Solid understanding of technical documentation standards, including flowcharts and system diagrams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience evaluating and adopting AI capabilities, such as Copilot, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of software development certifications and integration services.
