Description

You will design and configure software applications for utility grid management and electrical data modeling.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement application configurations for SCADA, OMS, DMS, and EMS software.
• Develop software using established design and development principles.
• Apply electrical data modeling techniques to utility grid applications.
• Execute software development within SDLC frameworks using Lean, Agile, or XP methodologies.
• Maintain documentation, refactoring, and testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in power systems or utility applications.
• Functional knowledge of SCADA, OMS, DMS, EMS, and DERM.
• Experience with Outage Management, Distribution Management, or Energy Management systems.
• Hands-on experience with electrical data modeling.
• Exposure to CIM and other model exchange formats.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL database management.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI, and software product security.
• Experience with scalability and testing techniques.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or related graduate degree.
