Description

You will bridge business needs and technical solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform, owning the lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to gather business requirements, documenting BRDs, FSDs, and user stories.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and solution designs that translate business needs into functional PowerApps and Power Automate solutions.
• Assist in building Canvas and Model-Driven PowerApps, defining data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL connectors.
• Develop test cases, conduct functional testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure quality and governance compliance.
• Prepare end-user manuals, training materials, and release notes while providing ongoing functional support and identifying automation opportunities.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with specific exposure to PowerApps projects.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform: PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Experience creating process flows, business cases, BRDs, and FSDs.
• Ability to define data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or SQL connectors.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies, including UAT support and test case development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900, PL-100, PL-200).
• Understanding of PowerApps integration with O365, SharePoint, Teams, or external systems via connectors.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
