Description

You will own the modern visualization platform, managing infrastructure, team leadership, and platform lifecycle operations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor cloud visualization infrastructure SMEs, providing technical leadership for application migration and modernization projects.
• Design, deploy, and optimize cloud-based visualization infrastructure using Azure or AWS to meet performance, availability, and scalability requirements.
• Own platform lifecycle activities including patching, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, and license management.
• Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or CLI to provision and manage cloud resources.
• Implement cloud security principles, governance policies, and compliance standards while managing user access, roles, and permissions.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in managing infrastructure, architecture, and operations.
• 6-8 years of experience in IT cloud infrastructure, architecture, and operations.
• Expertise in at least two visualization technologies: Power BI/Fabric (preferred), Tableau, SAP Business Objects, or AWS QuickSight.
• Extensive knowledge of Azure and/or AWS cloud architecture, design, and deployment principles.
• Proficiency in Windows and/or Linux administration.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Deep understanding of Azure/AWS networking and security fundamentals, including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, DNS, and load balancers.
• Familiarity with visualization technology REST APIs for automation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Power BI tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, and dataflows.
• Experience with Azure/AWS database platforms and SQL.
• Certifications in Azure/AWS platform administration, networking, and security.
