Description

You will design, develop, and maintain PowerBuilder applications and Oracle database components. You own the full lifecycle from GUI development to performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Develop new GUI pages, windows, user objects, and data windows to enhance existing PowerBuilder applications.
• Create, modify, and update PB objects including structures, functions, and user objects using SQL.
• Write and optimize Oracle PL/SQL components such as stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and views.
• Perform query optimization, performance tuning, and index management to ensure application efficiency.
• Debug code and review development processes to maintain technical standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in application development.
• Strong proficiency in PowerBuilder.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience with Pro*C.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle database objects including hints, indexes, and packages.
• Proven debugging skills.
• Any Graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing domain or order processing.
