Description

You will own system performance, scalability, and quality engineering within cross-functional teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide root cause analysis using profiling tools.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the performance impact of system changes.
• Plan and execute performance tests within automated testing environments.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to own quality perspectives for complex solutions.
• Define, develop, and apply performance and scalability benchmarks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development or performance engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Perl, ABAP, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools including LoadRunner Enterprise, Apache JMeter, SoapUI, or Postman.
• Experience characterizing, debugging, and improving system scalability.
• Ability to work within cross-functional engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
