Description

Design and develop SharePoint and web-based solutions for Preconstruction and Scoping business processes. Own the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering through unit and system testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PowerBuilder applications using PB10 or newer versions.
• Design and implement SQL queries and database interactions, primarily with Sybase.
• Translate business process transformation requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with remote teams to deliver quality assurance and testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a PowerBuilder developer.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in Sybase or other database platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, for data handling and integration.
• Experience working in a remote software development environment.
• Ability to work with and extend custom base-class libraries.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for business process transformation.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for bridging IT and business users.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience in C# or Java.
• Experience coding stored procedures and triggers in any database.
• Experience developing in a Visual Studio environment or handling data conversions.
