Description

You will design, develop, and maintain large-scale legacy applications in production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using PowerBuilder.
• Analyze, document, and refactor legacy applications with complex procedures.
• Optimize system designs for performance, resiliency, and simplicity.
• Apply object-oriented design principles and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Manage source control and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills

• 7-9+ years of experience with PowerBuilder.
• Proficiency with PowerBuilder Foundation Classes and PowerBuilder UI.
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL database management.
• Hands-on experience with SOAP and REST integration technologies.
• Proficiency in Desktop Client Packaging and Azure Pipeline deployment.
• Experience with Cypress and Jest for test automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent technical experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C#, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Rancher, and cloud providers like Azure or AWS.
