Description

You will develop and maintain applications using PowerBuilder while managing complex data operations across Sybase and MS SQL Server databases.

Responsibilities

• Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document application data flows.
• Write complex T-SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and cleanse data for migrations.
• Perform data profiling, mapping, validation, and root cause analysis for identified problems.
• Execute unit testing, documentation, and production support for software changes.
• Manage source control and follow established change management procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and data management.
• PowerBuilder development experience (version 7 or higher).
• Advanced T-SQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server.
• Experience with source control technologies such as TFS, Azure DevOps, or GIT.
• Proficiency in data profiling, mapping, and manipulation.
• Experience creating system specifications, flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Ability to support test scenarios alongside Business Analysts.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
