Description

You will maintain and modify PowerBuilder applications while managing data integrity across Sybase and MS SQL Server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Research and modify PowerBuilder source code to document application data processes.
• Write complex T-SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and cleanse data for migrations.
• Perform data profiling, mapping, validation, and analysis to ensure data integrity.
• Execute unit testing and collaborate with Business Analysts to support test scenarios.
• Provide production support by performing root cause analysis on identified problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of PowerBuilder development experience (version 7 or higher).
• 10+ years of experience in T-SQL query writing for Sybase and MS SQL Server.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, including profiling and mapping.
• 10+ years of experience in unit testing and technical documentation.
• 5+ years of experience with source control technologies such as TFS, Azure DevOps, or Git.
• 5+ years of experience in production support and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Background in Computer Science, IT, or Computer Engineering.
