Description

You will develop and maintain legacy applications using PowerBuilder and custom base-classes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using PowerBuilder 10 or newer versions.
• Work with custom base-classes to extend application functionality.
• Translate business processes into technical requirements for IT users.
• Manage data and logic within SQL-based database environments.
• Explain technical IT applications to business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a PowerBuilder developer.
• Proficiency with PowerBuilder 10 or newer.
• Strong SQL skills across any database platform.
• Experience working in a remote software development environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).

Preferred Skills

• Development experience in C# or Java.
• Experience coding stored procedures and triggers.
• Experience with Visual Studio or data conversion projects.
