Description

Design, develop, and maintain complex 3-tier applications using PowerBuilder in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop clear, maintainable code for PowerBuilder applications.
• Perform complicated software development tasks independently.
• Contribute to detailed design, architectural discussions, and requirement analysis sessions.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to clarify and assess project requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in PowerBuilder development.
• Hands-on experience with PowerBuilder 11.5 or higher in a 3-tier architecture.
• 10+ years of experience with relational databases, specifically Oracle 19C or MySQL.
• 5+ years of experience with API integration and creating Web service calls in PowerBuilder.
• 5+ years of experience using Azure DevOps for project tracking.
• Strong experience working within Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of TAX-Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMMS).
• Revenue Application domain knowledge.
