Description

You will manage and support critical electrical SCADA systems and real-time data broadcasting environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop HMI screens and modify database points.
• Manage project communication with EPCs, neighboring utilities, and internal or external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support regulated environments following NERC-CIP compliance and Change Management processes using ServiceNow.
• Integrate OATI Web Applications with EMS systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot GE Reliance Application (XA-21), RTUs, and ICCP protocols.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in control center or electrical SCADA environments.
• Direct experience with GE Reliance Application (XA-21), RTU, ICCP, and Real-Time Data Broadcasting.
• Proficiency in programming and scripting for system integration using C, C++, PowerShell, Python, VB, Perl, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Linux environments.
• Working knowledge of Data Historian (PI) and tools such as Digi, Engage, or Meinbergs.
• Experience with TSM, AGC/GDC, Time & Frequency, Sequential Control, and SOE/Alarm management.
• Familiarity with NERC-CIP regulatory support models.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• 8+ years of experience specifically working with TSM, AGC/GDC, and Data Historian PI.
• Direct experience supporting vendor-specific integrations and custom scripts.
