Description

Develop and support infrastructure for restaurant applications using scripting, automation, and system programming.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design process flows and implement best practices for system programming and OS customization.
• Automate driver installation and deployment processes for Windows environments.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable technical specifications and configuration requirements.
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting for hardware and Windows OS issues.
• Assist QA teams with test scenario design and conduct user acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in PowerShell, OS customization, and system programming.
• Proficiency in C# .NET, VB Script, and Batch Script.
• Ability to read and write pseudo-code in C#, VBS, PowerShell, Perl, and ASP.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment and networking.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Rally or MS VSTS.
• Proven ability to perform technical analysis on hardware and Windows OS issues.
• Strong experience in driver installation automation and deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Retail or Quick Serve Restaurant environments, specifically with Point of Sale and Kiosk systems.
