Description

You will own application monitoring and observability for multiple products in a large-scale environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor TIERS health and performance using advanced tools to respond promptly to potential issues.
• Implement, administer, and maintain monitoring systems to deliver performance insights.
• Analyze and diagnose issues related to data communications and web services.
• Create technical manuals, reports, and detailed documentation for operational processes.

Required Skills

• 8 years of experience with PowerShell scripting and/or Python.
• 8 years of experience with application monitoring and observability for multiple products at scale.
• 8 years of experience working with various log types, HTTP headers, and web services.
• Proficiency in Python and PowerShell.
• Experience with Splunk and Dynatrace.
• 8 years of experience in creating technical manuals, reports, and written documentation.
• Background in computer science, engineering, technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in deploying and configuring Splunk and Dynatrace to industry standards.
• Advanced Splunk skills, including configuring alerts, knowledge objects, dashboards, and complex queries.
• Experience integrating cloud technologies with monitoring tools.
