Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA PPDS implementations and rollouts for automotive OEM environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and phased rollout of PPDS across multiple shops using agile methodologies.
• Conduct client workshops to discover business challenges and document requirements.
• Design solutions and perform custom or standard configurations to meet business needs.
• Analyze organizational processes and sales/inventory workflows to ensure PPDS alignment.
• Provide user training, prepare manuals, and execute handholding plans during implementation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning and SCM implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SAP APO Production Planning heuristics, including configuration and testing.
• Expertise in S/4HANA PPDS, specifically MRP, planning boards, DS boards, and subcontracting processes.
• Deep knowledge of master data distribution, including work centers, resources, production versions, and CIF-ing between ECC and APO.
• Proficiency in managing Production orders, Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, and Routing.
• Experience with SAP MRP, LTP, and integration with MM, WM, and QM modules.
• Proven ability to handle SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces, and developments.

Preferred Skills

• SAP IBP knowledge.
• SAP PPDS or Supply Chain certification.
