Description

You will lead data and analytics practice delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale data projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Oversee data warehousing, ETL, and big data platform implementations.
• Drive data governance, quality, metadata management, and compliance efforts.
• Lead AI projects from initial concept through to production deployment.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Expertise in data warehousing, ETL, and big data platforms.
• Experience with cloud analytics platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Hands-on experience with Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management.
• Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
• Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and team building.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with R and ML Pipelines.
• Knowledge of Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering).
• Familiarity with industry-specific data models (healthcare, BFSI, retail).
