Description

Provide technical pre-sales support by translating customer requirements into functional proofs of concept and demonstrations. You will own the RFP process and manage technical product expertise through collaboration with product and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations and build presentations that convey product value to prospects.
• Manage all aspects of the RFP process from intake to submission.
• Translate customer use cases to the product team to ensure product-market fit.
• Train customer teams on product usage and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to improve sales process efficiency.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in Pre-Sales or technical account management.
• Proven experience managing RFPs and technical responses.
• Strong oral and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly.
• Strong presentation skills for prospect-facing engagements.
• Understanding of the sales process and how technical solutions drive revenue.
• B.Sc, B.Tech, BCA, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Technical Manager or in a customer-facing technical role.
