Description

You will provide technical expertise and guidance during the sales process for middleware, custom app development, and AI consulting projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical discussions with clients by translating complex concepts into clear, concise language.
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify client requirements, pain points, and business outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations that showcase solution value.
  • Collaborate with engineers to craft technical proposals that address specific client needs.
  • Identify and qualify technical leads to support the sales cycle.
  • Maintain pre-sales collateral including solution briefs and case studies.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role within the IT professional services industry.
  • Proven experience in solution design for Custom App Dev, Middleware, AI, or CX solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing.
  • Ability to tailor technical information for diverse audiences through effective presentation.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and collaboration with Account Executives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
