Description

You will own the end-to-end creation of technical solutions and commercial responses for new business acquisition and existing account extensions.

Responsibilities

• Design winnable technical solutions and commercial proposals by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage pricing, commercials, and pursuit calendars throughout the bid lifecycle.
• Conduct scoping sessions and questionnaire discussions to resolve technical ambiguities and define requirements.
• Develop reusable bid components, winning themes, and competitor SWOT analyses to increase efficiency.
• Coordinate internal governance and sales delivery practice approvals prior to client submission.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in presales solutioning focusing on infrastructure and cloud technologies.
• Technical proficiency in Data Centre, Network, Database, or Active Directory environments.
• Experience with Service Desk, Desktop Engineering, and Desktop Support workflows.
• Strong understanding of ITSM processes and frameworks.
• Capability in Bid Management and structuring complex proposal templates.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Knowledge of pricing models, TCO, ROI analysis, and business case development.
• Ability to perform IT spend analysis and interpret industry analyst reports.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of applications and platforms.
• Familiarity with service assurance and automation tools.
