Description

You will own the end-to-end presales process, from lead qualification through to client consultation and deal closure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads using research and competitor analysis to ensure alignment with target audiences.
• Manage and maintain the lead database, tracking accuracy and conversion rates.
• Advise clients on interior design factors, including space planning, layout, color schemes, and material selection.
• Conduct product pitches and in-office meetings to explain services and costs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop lead nurturing strategies and meet growth targets.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in presales or sales roles.
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle, including client follow-ups, escalations, and deal closure.
• Experience in product pitching and professional client calls.
• Strong knowledge of interior design elements such as space planning and color coordination.
• Ability to conduct industry and competitor research.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience working with luxury products or services.
