You will provide technical and business support to the sales team to develop and deliver solutions for clients in the retail sector.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and build holistic solutions by stitching together value propositions from cross-functional practices.
- Act as the primary technical and business liaison between clients, sales, and delivery teams.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals that communicate solution value to clients.
- Identify new business opportunities by leveraging retail industry knowledge.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or related roles focused on IT services and solutions.
- Deep domain knowledge in retail IT (not CPG).
- Experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and proposal building.
- Technical background in digital commerce, supply chain management, merchandising, store operations, or data analytics.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in software development or product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for delivering technical solutions.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
