Description

You will provide technical and business support to the sales team to develop and deliver solutions for clients in the retail sector.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to understand client requirements and build holistic solutions by stitching together value propositions from cross-functional practices.
  • Act as the primary technical and business liaison between clients, sales, and delivery teams.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and proposals that communicate solution value to clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities by leveraging retail industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in presales, consulting, or related roles focused on IT services and solutions.
  • Deep domain knowledge in retail IT (not CPG).
  • Experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) processes and proposal building.
  • Technical background in digital commerce, supply chain management, merchandising, store operations, or data analytics.
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Background in software development or product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for delivering technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
