Description

You will provide technical expertise to support the sales cycle for ServiceNow opportunities within the banking domain.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions to gather scope requirements and understand client IT service needs.
• Design technical solutions based on customer pain points and perform ServiceNow demonstrations.
• Develop proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Collaborate with delivery management to validate solution feasibility and project scope.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure customer expectations are transitioned accurately after project wins.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Pre-Sales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow IT Workflows, Employee Workflows, Customer Workflows, and Creator Workflows.
• Proven ability to prepare SOWs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
• Expertise in translating client requirements into functional technical solutions.
• Strong experience in presenting and demonstrating technical solutions to clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Background in IT services and industry-specific ServiceNow offerings.

• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.
