Description

You will lead technical presales activities for ServiceNow opportunities, bridging the gap between sales and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the sales team to demonstrate ServiceNow capabilities.
• Perform product demonstrations tailored to specific customer requirements.
• Design technical solutions that address customer pain points.
• Collect scope requirements and prepare accurate effort estimations.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical consulting.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow technical consulting and solution architecture.
• Proven knowledge of presales methodology.
• Experience managing end-to-end RFP processes.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate SOWs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Any graduate degree.
