Description

Lead technical presales for ServiceNow opportunities, bridging sales and engineering. Design solutions, manage RFPs, and draft SOWs.

You will own the technical narrative for ServiceNow opportunities, translating business needs into solution architectures. You provide deep technical expertise to the sales team, ensuring accurate scoping and compelling demonstrations that address specific customer pain points.

Responsibilities

• Design technical solutions that address customer pain points and requirements.
• Perform product demonstrations tailored to specific customer needs.
• Collect scope requirements and prepare accurate effort estimations.
• Draft Statements of Work (SOW) and manage Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical consulting.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow technical consulting and solution architecture.
• Proven knowledge of presales methodology.
• Experience managing end-to-end RFP processes.
• Proven ability to draft and negotiate SOWs.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
