Description

Partner with sales to design solutions, address prospect pain points, and drive business closures.

Responsibilities

• Present and demonstrate end-to-end product capabilities to prospective customers and stakeholders.
• Develop solution documents, business proposals, and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
• Build quick proofs-of-concept, custom demos, and integrations to support contract negotiations.
• Analyze customer software ecosystems to determine optimal integration paths for the platform.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to provide market feedback and drive enhancements.

Required Skills

• 1-10 years of experience in a pre-sales role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Computer Science) or MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance.
• Proven experience responding to RFQs and RFPs and creating commercial proposals.
• Strong prototyping and proof-of-concept creation skills.
• Expertise in delivering technical presentations and product demonstrations.
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, and sales or marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Background in data science or statistics.
• Knowledge of Cloud/AWS and cloud-based application delivery.
• Familiarity with AI/ML, bots, or propensity modeling.
