Lead the technical aspects of the sales process to align product portfolios with customer business challenges.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demonstrations and build custom storyboards for POCs that address specific client needs.
• Identify functional and technical challenges within assigned accounts through discovery conversations and needs analysis.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements to influence technical decision-making.
• Execute proof of concepts and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs and RFPs.
• Provide product feedback and suggestions to the Product house while collaborating with account executives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a technical presales or similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, complex sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Experience customizing and building storyboards for product demonstrations and POCs.
• Demonstrated success in achieving strategic deal wins.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences ranging from C-level executives to front-line employees.
• Strong technical aptitude and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Contact Center technologies, Workforce Management, Talent/HR Management, CRM, or Business Intelligence.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies including AWS, Azure, or Google.
• Experience with CCaaS and hardware platforms or virtualization.
