Description

You will act as the technical bridge between the customer's business needs and our product capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map business goals, pain points, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that focus on demonstrating value.
• Plan and execute Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Own the technical content sections of RFPs/RFIs and maintain a reusable content library.
• Draft Statements of Work, estimates, and implementation plans.
• Build and maintain demo environments, sample data, and necessary scripts.
• Capture market feedback and feed it back to the Product team to influence the roadmap.
• Track presales KPIs, including demo-to-PoC conversion, cycle time, win rate, and PoC pass rate.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Product Consulting, or Technical Support with direct customer exposure.
• Strong problem-solving ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in Solutions Engineering and Product Consulting methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to present confidently in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience building and maintaining technical demo environments.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
