You will bridge the gap between customer business needs and product capabilities through technical engagement and solution design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to map business goals, pain points, stakeholders, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that focus on demonstrating value.
• Plan and execute Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and build demo environments with sample data.
• Own technical content for RFPs/RFIs, draft Statements of Work, and create implementation plans.
• Track presales KPIs including demo-to-PoC conversion, win rate, and cycle time.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Product Consulting, or Technical Support.
• Direct customer exposure with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Solutions Engineering and Product Consulting methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to present confidently in both written and verbal formats.
• Experience building and maintaining technical demo environments.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfortable working night shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to capture market feedback and feed it back to the Product team to influence the roadmap.
