Description

You will act as the technical expert for the product portfolio, supporting sales cycles through technical discovery and demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and deliver presentations that communicate the product value proposition to prospects.
• Execute technical proof of concepts (POCs) both remotely and on-site.
• Respond to functional and technical elements within RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay customer requirements and feature feedback.
• Partner with sales executives to plan and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Technical Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Web Development.
• Strong understanding of front-end development fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3, including Animation, Grid, and Flexbox.
• Proficiency in vanilla JavaScript (ES5, ES6 and beyond).
• Experience implementing software products or solutions for large enterprises.
• Knowledge of high-performance software and SaaS models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional customer interaction.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to undertake domestic and occasional international travel.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with SaaS business models.
