Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Pre-Sales Executive to join our IT software team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, customer interaction, software coordination, documentation, and providing support to existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
· Generate leads through multiple sources such as Email, LinkedIn, Google, Exhibitions, social media, Competitor Analysis, WhatsApp, etc.
· Schedule meetings with management-level clients for software demonstrations and discussions.
· Handle documentation and maintain proper records.
· Manage outbound and inbound calls professionally.
· Coordinate with existing customers and provide regular support and interaction.
· Conduct online software training sessions for existing customers.
· Support software implementation activities and prepare master files/data.
· Take customer feedback calls and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:
· Good communication and presentation skills
· Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email communication
· Ability to learn new skill sets and techniques for improvement of work
· Able to use AI platforms like Gemini and ChatGPT to complete work faster and write professional emails
· Ability to handle customer queries professionally
· Knowledge of CRM/software support processes will be an added advantage
· Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Qualification:
Graduate in any stream. Candidates with experience in the IT Software/CRM industry will be preferred.
